Reed & Barton Francis I x569 sterling silver 11 1/2 sandwich plate, no monogram. Weight 549.3 grams. No cleaning or polishing has been attempted before photos. Normal scratching, and swirling of the silver is present from prior use, and polishing. Overall in great pre owned condition.

This is a stunning Reed & Barton “Francis I” Sterling Silver sandwich tray or platter. The “Francis I” pattern was designed by Ernest Meyer for Reed & Barton in 1906 and remains is one of the most desirable silver flatware patterns ever produced with its elaborate Acanthus & Fruit design on the handle. Measures 11 1/2″ wide and is 3/4″ deep. This stunning bowl is in excellent Estate condition and is marked “Reed & Barton, Sterling, X569, Francis I”. It has been used and needs polish.
