VINTAGE LOT OF 4, 5-1/4 LONG ICE CREAM FORKS / SPORKS. FROM THE 1950 ISSUED “FRANCIS I” PATTERN NAME OF STERLING SILVER FLATWARE MADE BY REED & BARTON, USA. NO MONOGRAMS, TOTAL WEIGHT OF ALL 4 IS 112.0 GRAMS. Each shows light wear from use and aging, including typical minor surface marks and scratches. They have been gently hand polished and ultrasonic cleaned in a mild dish soap, and they have nice shine, are very clean and are table ready. They are straight, not bent, have no personal monograms or engravings, with no major issues at all. They are hallmarked on the back STERLING REED & BARTON, where this is considered the “new mark” which was issued in 1950. Please make note of this detail if it is important to matching your set.
