Francis I by Reed and Barton Sterling silver hollow handle with stainless blade Double Handle Mezzaluna Knife (herb chopper) custom made in the pattern Francis I by Reed and Barton. This knife features a curved blade which allows for a 2-handled rocking motion to chop or mince herbs, spices, vegetables, onions, and garlic. Mezzaluna means “half-moon” in Italian, after the curved or crescent shape of the blade. Height measures 6 1/4″ to handles; stainless blade measures 5 1/4″L x 1 1/4Ht. It is not monogrammed and is in excellent condition. What is a “Custom Made” piece?
