Offered from a Florida estate is a fabulous FRANCIS I SOLID STERLING SILVE CAKE SERVER. By Reed & Barton, Francis I is one of the 5 most desirable and sought after Sterling patterns. With highly embossed fruits, flowers, scrolls and plumes, front and back. This solid piece is scarce and in very nice condition with just wear typical of a 1950s piece of sterling- see photos. It has a 3 letter mono on the back of the handle in script, gHm. 3.7 ozt or 115 gr. No deep scratches or wear. Marked Sterling Reed & Barton on handle stem. Comes with protective non tarnish felt pouch not shown. All of the items I sell are vintage, antique or collectible and will show some signs of use or wear.
