The blades are marked: Mirrorstele, Stainless, HI-C. Measurements: 9 3/4 in length. Light surface scratches from normal use and age. A couple of blades have very tiny pin size dark spots see last photo. Normal with these type of blades. Any dark spots are only shadows from taking the pictures.
